Day 6 | ANNA MARIA ISLAND – EVERGLADES CITY, FL

Depart Anna Maria Island and drive south through scenic Longboat Key to Florida’s natural side, the Everglades.
Often called the “River of Grass” because of the slow moving waters and the abundance of saw grass,
the Everglades is Florida’s premier nature spot. Unique plants and incredible wildlife inhabit this area, including
the famous Florida alligator. This subtropical paradise is Florida’s best kept secret; here you can enjoy
activities such as boating, fishing, walking, bird and nature watching, and visiting historical places of interest.

Day 7 | EVERGLADES CITY – KEY LARGO - KEY WEST, FL

This morning, before leaving the Everglades, take a kayak tour through the backwaters. As you continue on
your journey, consider stopping in Key Largo or Islamorada for a fantastic seafood lunch and shopping. You
might want to stop briefly at Robbie’s, a well known local spot in Islamorada where you will be able to feed the
insatiable tarpons. You will be amazed as these incredible “silver ghosts”, as they are called by the locals, leap
