Day 1 | Boston – Hyannis – Martha’s Vineyard, MA

70.00 miles / 112.65 km*

Pick-up your rental car, depart Boston and proceed to Hyannis in Cape Cod. Take a moment to visit the famous JFK Museum. This multimedia exhibit is designed to open a window to the days JFK spent on Cape Cod. Take the Hy-Line Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard where your three night stay has been arranged. Martha''s Vineyard is an ideal place to relax and get away from it all. The Island is made up of over 125 square miles of forests, meadows and shorelines. What''s more, six unique Island towns provide access to spectacular beaches and outdoor activities while, at the same time, offering an enjoyable selection of restaurants, shops, performing arts and other attractions.

Accommodations: (SUP) Harbor View Hotel or similar (3 nights)

Day 2 | Martha’s Vineyard

0.00 miles / 0 km*

Explore Martha’s Vineyard by bike as most locals do. Start with the area arround the hotel. One of New England''s most elegant communities, Edgartown was Martha''s Vineyard''s first colonial settlement and it has been the county seat since 1642. The stately white Greek Revival houses found here were built by the whaling captains and have been carefully maintained. They make the town a museum-piece community, a seaport village preserved from the early 19th century. Enjoy a stunning ride on a bike path along the ocean. Indulge in a fabulous picnic lunch on the pier overlooking Edgartown Harbor where you have the option to take the short ferry ride to Chappaquiddick to visit the Japanese Gardens. Visit the century-old Edgartown Lighthouse, and discover intriguing stories of the light keepers who watched over these ocean waters for nearly 150 years. There are also several vineyards on the island that offer tours and tastings.

Day 3 | Martha’s Vineyard

0.00 miles / 0 km*

Martha''s Vineyard is the great place for your favorite recreational activity, or trying out a new one. The unbeatable island scenery and the abundance of recreational areas make the Vineyard a favorite vacation destination. They are proud of their well-known history as nature conservationists. Almost a quarter of the land is protected from development, and it shows. You shouldn''t miss the opportunity to enjoy the unspoiled beauty of Martha''s Vineyard with some type of outdoor recreation during your visit. Such as one of the numerous nature tours available by catamaran, boat, bike, kayak, etc.

Day 4 | Martha’s Vineyard – Hyannis – Boston, MA

70.00 miles / 112.65 km*

Leave Martha’s Vineyard behind and travel via the Hy-Line Ferry back to Hyannis. For a once-in-a-lifetime experience, embark a whale watching cruise off Barnstable Harbor. Continue towards Boston. Along the way you have the choice to stop by Plimoth Plantation, a 1627 English Village built as a re-creation of the small farming town built by English colonists in the midst of the Wampanoag homeland, or the famous Plymouth Rock, a powerful tribute to the courage of the 102 Mayflower passengers who founded the land we know as New England. Drop-off the rental car.
